Harvest Festival 2026: Shiny Applin, Giovanni's Shadow Zekrom and Removing Frustration

Giovanni changed his Pokémon to Shadow Zekrom, and you could finally remove Frustration from your Shadow Pokémon. Here’s what Harvest Festival 2026 included.

Harvest Festival: 29 September to 5 October

Shiny Applin debuted in the wild.

Harvest Festival Taken Over: 2 to 5 October

• Giovanni changed his Pokémon to Shadow Zekrom.
• Shiny Shroodle debuted in Eggs.
• You could remove Frustration from your Shadow Pokémon using a regular Charged TM.
• The Team GO Rocket Leaders changed their Pokémon.
• Grunts debuted Shadow Wimpod, Shadow Fomantis and Shadow Sandygast, and all of them could be shiny.
• The event GO Pass gave you one Super Rocket Radar for free, with a second one further into the pass.

Matt's takeThis was your chance to remove Frustration from your Shadow Pokémon, so I said to set a reminder in your calendar!
