Halloween 2025 Recap: Poltchageist, Shiny Sinistea and Every Costume Pokémon

Part 1 (21 to 27 October) debuted Poltchageist in one-star raids and Sinistcha, plus shiny Sinistea, shiny Zorua, Shadow Yamask and Shadow Phantump. Part 2 (27 October to 2 November) brought witch hat Teddiursa, headband Noibat and shiny boosted costume Pikachu, Piplup, Gengar and Drifblim in raids.
Halloween 2025 was split into two events. Here’s what each part brought.
Part 1: 21 to 27 October
- Poltchageist and Sinistcha debuted. Poltchageist was only in one-star raids, and it takes 50 Candy to evolve into Sinistcha. Both were shiny locked at launch.
- Shiny Sinistea debuted in the wild.

- Shadow Yamask and Shadow Phantump debuted.
- A dedicated Halloween GO Pass gave up to triple catch and transfer Candy.
Part 2: 27 October to 2 November
- Teddiursa wearing a witch hat debuted, evolving into Ursaring or Ursaluna in the hat.
- Noibat wearing a headband debuted, evolving into Noivern in the headband.
- Costume Pikachu, Piplup, Gengar and Drifblim were in raids, and all were shiny boosted.
- The Candy bonuses from Part 1 ran through to 2 November.
