Eevee Community Day 2025 Recap: Hundo CP and Every Eeveelution Move

The hundo was 459 CP from research, 612 from Eggs, or 918 in the wild at max level (994 in Partly Cloudy weather). Until 12 July at 10pm, every Eeveelution learned a special move when evolved, and Espeon, Umbreon and Sylveon were much easier to evolve.

Eevee’s Community Day Classic ran over two days, because there are so many evolutions: Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July 2025, 2pm to 5pm local time.
Special moves for every Eeveelution
For a week after the event, until 12 July at 10pm, evolving Eevee taught each evolution a special move:
- Vaporeon: Scald
- Jolteon: Zap Cannon
- Flareon: Superpower
- Espeon: Shadow Ball
- Umbreon: Psychic
- Leafeon: Bullet Seed
- Glaceon: Water Pulse
- Sylveon: Psyshock
Easier evolutions
Over the same week:
- Espeon and Umbreon needed just 1km of buddy walking instead of 10km.
- Sylveon needed just 7 hearts instead of 70.

Matt's takeThis is a great event if you love shinies, or need to finish your Pokédex with all the Eevee evolutions. Eevee's shiny is amazing, and its evolutions all have incredible shinies too.
How my day one went
I walked over 8km, and a friend told me about a hundo nearby that turned out to be a shundo for me, my second ever. Other than that, I caught 18 shinies from 402 catches, about 4.4%, right on the usual odds.
