Thanks for buying one or more of our Lightroom presets! We hope you love them. If you’re a little lost of where to go or what to do next, don’t worry. Here are four steps to get creating as soon as possible.
Download the presets
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your download link. If it didn’t hit your inbox, check your spam folder. While you’re there, mark it as not being spam or junk so any future purchases will go straight to your inbox.
After you download the files, you’re ready to install your new develop presets. Before you open Lightroom and get to work, there’s a step many people forget. Back them up!
Back up your new Lightroom presets
Once the presets are in your possession, take care of them! You can download them a total of three times from your account, but after that, the link will expire. We do this to protect the presets from being pirated.
We recommend you back your presets up in Dropbox or Google Drive. There are loads of options for backing the files up. It’s a matter of personal preference.
Backing up the entire presets folder you downloaded is easiest. You can then simply re-add them to a new copy of Lightroom if you ever upgrade, or get a new computer.
